People United for Rescue and Rehabilitation (P.U.R.R.) of West Virginia is a non-profit organization operating through the efforts of volunteers and donations from individuals and corporations like yours. We are inviting you to become a partner in our compassionate commitment to animals. Our goals are to rescue and rehabilitate, spay and neuter not euthanize, to find shelter and loving homes for all felines in our area, and to promote responsible pet ownership and advocacy.

Our goal for 2012 is to fund two paid staff to provide daily administrative and cleaning services at the facility, and to meet our expanding needs in rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering and adoptions.
